A memorial service for Bobby Gene Burdin, Jr. 47, of Camden will be held Sunday, November 29, 2009, at 2:00 PM at Lakeside Pavilion, Windward Pointe at Lake Wateree conducted by Rev. Gene Rollins. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Mr. Burdin died Thursday, November 26, 2009. Born in Evansville, IN, he was the son of Bobby Gene Burdin, Sr. and the late Marylane Kay Clement Burdin. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time with his family. Mr. Burdin was a member of Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife, Lori Ann Burdin; father, Bobby Gene Burdin, Sr. and his wife, Kathleen; son, Matthew Burdin and his wife, Mandy; daughter, Jeannie Goebelbecker and her husband, Rob; step-son, Ryan Phillips; step-daughter, Madison Phillips; grandchildren, Brooke and Baylee Goebelbecker and Samuel Burdin; sisters, Rhonda Coney and Kathy Southworth; twin sister, Robbie Kincaid and her husband, Steve Voiles; brother, Scott Burdin and his wife, Dawn. |
