Martin Melus divided his property in half because he had two sons. They decided who got what by drawing straws, then he changed that decision and gave Valent Jozef the larger property because he had a larger family. Valent Jozef's sons, Jozef and Viktor, lived on this property after their father died. Viktor has no proof of ownership even though he has lived there for 50 years. Jozef's son wants Viktor's property or he wants Viktor to pay him for it now. As well, the other half of the property now has Antonin's daughter and two granddaughters living on it, but they are claiming the other half of the property because it was originally theirs when they drew the straws.
